Payment Policy

Unless otherwise arranged payment in full is required at time of purchase. This can be done via EFTPOS in store. Please note that your card may have a maximum daily limit per transaction, please contact your bank for full details.

Payment via cheque is accepted, but cheques can take up to 3 working days to clear in our account.

Direct bank transfer can be made into our account. ANZ account number : 06-0541-0586315-00. These transfers normally clear in our accounting system within 24hrs.

Until payment in full is received and cleared in our system. All products remain the property of Mobility Solutions BOP. Overdue accounts may attract interest, administration, collection agency, court and other relevant costs.

I have changed my mind can I return a product? 

Please contact us immediately if you wish to return a product.  Under consumer law we do not have to refund you if you have changed your mind.  In certain circumstances, we will agree to exchange a product or give you a credit note to use in a future purchase.

Required Condition of Product for Return

All items must be returned in the condition they were sold, this means they must be perfect with no damage to the original packaging intact and in order. 

Items Exempt from Our Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons toilet items, bedding, under garments and cushions cannot be returned. Powered mobility equipmencannot be returned once used.

Gift Vouchers

If you have been lucky enough to receive a gift voucher please bring it into store to redeem.  Gift vouchers can be used as per the terms written on the voucher. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to not accept any gift vouchers.  Please contact us for more information.


Please contact us immediately if you have any warranty claim. Each claim is assessed on a case by case basis.

1 year warranty for all new products.  In addition to the standard 1 year warranty, some of our larger items include a 2 or 3 year warranty.

Used Mobility scooters come with 3-months warranty unless otherwise stated. 

For ‘hire or rental’ products we will automatically replace or repair your rental item with another of similar model.

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.  The warranty covers faulty materials, product defects, and faulty workmanship.  

The warranty does not include damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product, or abuse or misuse of the product.  

We will require a reasonable amount of time to assess a warranty claim which may involve sending away any faulty parts for assessment.
